The introduction is written by Dr E.W. Hope, Medical Officer of Health for Liverpool, and dated January 15, 1907.
This title was one of two books awarded to Elsie Diamond (the donor's grandmother) by Manchester Education Committee as a prize for passing with distinction an examination in The Feeding and Care of Infants, November 1914.
