About this objectBlank greetings card produced by the Museum of London. The featured image shows a women in a pastoral setting, wearing along white dress, green hat and purple sash, and holding aloft a copy of Votes for Women. The image also features the words 'VOTES FOR WOMEN ~ 1d # WANTED EVERYWHERE!' Another caption on the back of the card reads: 'Poster, 'Votes For Women... wanted everywhere.' Votes for Women first appeared in 1907 and was the official newspaper of the WSPU until 1912. It reached weekly sales of 40,000 in 1910.'
