Subject and Association Descriptionhttps://glasgowrollerderby.org:
Glasgow Roller Girls were the first flat track roller derby league to be established in Scotland and the fourth in the UK. Founding members Teri Toxic and Mistress Malicious drummed up interest through MySpace and the first training session took place on Sunday 29th April 2007. GRG rebranded in 2012 as Glasgow Roller Derby. Fifteen years on from that first GRG training session, Glasgow Roller Derby continues to move from strength to strength while remaining true to its roots as a DIY club. Everyone involved in the club is a volunteer, and everything – training, recruitment, fundraising, merchandising, paperwork, and all of the other aspects of keeping a large and diverse organisation running smoothly - is entirely in the hands of the skaters, referees, and non-skating officials of GRD.

Crime City Rollers is a women's flat track roller derby league based in Malmö, Sweden. Established in 2010, the Crime City Rollers comprises one home team and two traveling teams representing the league in competition with other leagues. The Crime City Rollers were accepted as an apprentice league of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) in July 2011, and became full members of the association in June 2012. Eleven skaters from Crime City Rollers were selected for Team Sweden at the 2011 Roller Derby World Cup, and one was selected for Team Finland.

Founded in Greater Manchester UK in 2008, we’re the North West’s first and finest women’s roller derby league, entirely run and owned by the skaters, for the skaters. Rainy City is made up of three skating teams and our wonderful crew of skating and non-skating officials. Our All Stars team represents the very best Rainy City has to offer. They’re in the top 20 WFTDA leagues and compete against some of the greatest roller derby teams in the world. Rainy Reckoning is Rainy City’s second team and one of the top in Europe. It’s a place for rising stars to shine; playing competitive games with a focus on growth and improvement. Rebels are Rainy City’s third team and an amazing place for skaters to hone their skills and play competitively.
